We want you to love what you ordered. Because our products are made to order, we have a slightly different return policy than traditional retail stores.
Made-to-Order Items
All of our hoodies are made specifically for each order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, or incorrect selections made during checkout.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once the issue is verified, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
